The Guardians is an abstraction of a Willow Oak leaf and is a tribute to a 150 yr. old, Willow Oak tree that symbolizes the community of Brandywine. Each day at 1:10 pm a sliver of sunlight passes between the two halves of the “leaf” and points to the Willow Oak tree.
