The Windows on Arts Alley are designed in coordination with the revitalizing of an alley into a pedestrian friendly outdoor market with entrances to restaurants and other business. The structures reflect the industrial history of the area incorporating bright colors of the future with the light of the sun, the colored resin reflects Mondrian type patterns onto the walls and paving of the alley.
